Matryoshka is a stereotype of the most Russian souvenir. It is not bad at all, a stereotype, for it is a symbol, a familiar image which is recognized at once without comments or any additional explanations. Still every item has a potential for further creative growth. We wanted to combine the features that seem incompatible at first sight . 
Basically the souvenir consists of five figures put one into another. The largest one is 13 cm high. Such size is not too big, nor too small; it is pleasant to hold it in hands.
